Title Transcriptional Activation of Regenerative Haematopoiesis via Niche Sensing [scRNA-seq engrafted HSPCs]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Single cell RNA-seq analysis for WT and Fli-1 KO engrafted HSPCs (Lineage negative CD45.2+) was performed to assess changes in transcriptional output in HSPCs following Fli-1 deletion and Notch1 overexpression and to determine distribution of cells among the different hematopoietic populations.

Overall design Single cell RNA sequencing of WT and Fli-1 KO Notch1 OE lineage depleted HSPCs after 4 month of in vivo engraftment preceded by 6 days of co-culture with a vascular niche.
