Title Establishment and characterization of BAP1 knockout gene in human mesothelial cell line generated by using CRISPR/Cas9 technology
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To investigate the effect of BAP1 on gene expression, we have emoloyed whole genomic microarray expression profiling using MeT-5A and HOMC-D4 cells

Overall design The MeT-5A and HOMC-D4 cells were plated at 80% confluence and cultured for 24 hours in vitro.
