Title 4C contact profiles of the Pcdh-b enhancers HS18-20
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Other
Summary We performed 4C-seq to measure the chromatin contact changes between Pcdh-b and their enhancers, HS18-20.

Overall design Chromatin contact profiles in control or RAD21-TEV cleaved cells were generated by 4C. Contents of processed data files: column 1 - the starting coordinate of the 1kb bin, 2 - the mean of values within a 2kb window, 3 - the 80th quantile of values, and 4 - the 20th quantile of values
