Series GSE166555 Query DataSets for GSE166555
Status Public on Feb 11, 2021
Title Single-cell profiling of normal and tumor intestinal tissue
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Normal and adjacent tumor tissue of CRC patents was profiled using scRNA-seq.

Overall design Tissue of 12 patients was collected from tumor areas and adjacent normal tissue after surgical removal of the tumor. Tissue was dissociated into single cell suspensions. Single cells were loaded into a comercial drop-seq device (Chromium controller, 10x genomics) and scRNA-seq libraries were generated using single cell 3' v 2 kits from 10x genomics

Authors state "Unfortunately, we can currently not supply raw data files (sequencing) as these are patient sequences for which the current data access policies in our institution only allow submission of count data. "
