Overall design Eight-condition experiment, MIA PaCa-2 cells with either doxycycline inducible scramble or RINT1 shRNA vector. Four different time points (0h, 24h, 48h, 96h) Biological replicates: 2 control replicates per time point, 2 transfected replicates per time point.
