Title |
Single-cell RNA sequencing of healthy and inflamed murine neutrophils |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Dataset containing single-cell RNA sequencing data of >17,000 healthy and perturbed murine neutrophils across biological tissues. This study contains expression data from healthy tissues (bone marrow, spleen, peripheral blood) as well as models of experimental (K/BxN serum transfer arthritis: peripheral blood and joint, IL-1β peritonitis and IL-1β pneumonitis). Single cell RNA-sequencing was performed on the 10X platform

Overall design |
CD11b+ Ly6G+ PI-negative live neutrophils were sorted from healthy tissues (bone marrow, spleen, peripheral blood) and models of experimental inflammation (K/BxN serum transfer arthritis: peripheral blood and joint, IL-1β peritonitis and IL-1β pneumonitis) and single cell RNA-sequencing was performed on the 10X platform.
