Title |
Bulk RNA Sequencing of 86 Human Donor Lungs |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study was to characterize the effect of age on gene expression in human lung. We collected distal lung samples from 86 human donors distributed in age between 16 and 76 years and extracted RNA for Illumina-based sequencing.
