Status Public on Dec 31, 2022
Title In vitro culture model for high throughput screening of chemicals
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To identify the pluripotency and the neural fate of two hiPSC-derived neural progenitor cell lines by evaluating their transcriptional profiles. We hereby report that the cells used in our study were progenitor cells of neural fate.

Overall design Total RNA of line AG09429 and single cell nuclear RNA of line GM03440 were sequenced and analyzed.
