Summary |
Arrangements of juntional proteins of endothelial monolayers were altered by both septin 2 KD and TNF-a treatment. Therefore, differential gene expression profiles by septin 2 KD comapred to control and TNF-a treatment compared to untreat were analyzed using RNA-seq.

Overall design |
HDMVECs were suppressed with septin 2 and RNA-seq was performed. HDMVECs were treated with TNF-a overnight and RNA-seq was perfomed.
