Title |
Different expression profiles of lncRNA, mRNA and circRNA in peripheral blood (ceRNA) of normal newborns and children with BPD. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array Non-coding RNA profiling by array
|
Summary |
Increasing evidence shows that circular RNAs (circRNAs) play a vital role in the development of various diseases. A recent sequencing analysis of peripheral blood of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) patients showed that circABCC4 expression was significantly up-regulated. However, the specific function and potential mechanism of circRNAs in BPD remain unclear.

Overall design |
Two peripheral blood samples of a normal newborn and a premature infant with BPD were included. There are no duplicate samples, control samples and/or reference samples or pigment exchanges.
