Summary The purpose of this study is to compare transcriptional profiles of LUSC between tumor tissue and normal tissue
 
Overall design 37 tumor biopsies and 37 adjacent normal samples from 37 LUSC patients were obtained. Each sample was subsequently prepared by TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Guide Part # 15049525 Rev. B with TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Kit. RNA-sequencing was performed by HiSeq 2500 with HiSeq 2500 System User Guide Document # 15035786 v01 HCS 2.2.70.
