Overall design |
37 tumor biopsies and 37 adjacent normal samples from 37 LUSC patients were obtained. Each sample was subsequently prepared by TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Guide Part # 15049525 Rev. B with TruSeq RNA Access Library Prep Kit. RNA-sequencing was performed by HiSeq 2500 with HiSeq 2500 System User Guide Document # 15035786 v01 HCS 2.2.70.
