Title In severe COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2 induces a chronic, TGF-β-dominated adaptive immune response (Activated B cells, set 1)
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Single cell transcriptome and BCR sequencing of FACS-sorted activated B cells of the peripheral blood of COVID-19 ICU patients and healthy controls

Overall design Sequencing of RNA and BCR was performed from FACS-sorted activated B cells (CD38high CD27high) from the peripheral blood of 9 COVID-19 ICU patients (one at 2 different time points) and 3 healthy controls, using the 10X Genomics platform with the Single Cell 5’ Library & Gel Bead Kit
