Title Quantitative Analysis of Endothelial Transcriptomes after Irradiation

Summary Transcriptional profiling of HUVECs with or without irradiation.
 
Overall design mRNA profiles of endothelial cells with or without irradiation were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq X10. HUVEC cells were collected before and 5 and 72 hrs post-irradiation. Three biological replicates for each condition were sequenced.
