Title |
Identification of TFAP2A and MITF binding sites in the melanoma cell line SK-MEL-28 |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
TFAP2A and MITF binding sites were identified in SK-MEL-28 cell lines using Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN).
|
|
|
Overall design |
We targeted TFAP2A and MITF by CUT&RUN sequencing in wild-type SK-MEL-28 cell lines. All experiments were conducted in duplicate. IgG was used as a background control.
