Title Identification of TFAP2A and MITF binding sites in the melanoma cell line SK-MEL-28
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary TFAP2A and MITF binding sites were identified in SK-MEL-28 cell lines using Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN).

Overall design We targeted TFAP2A and MITF by CUT&RUN sequencing in wild-type SK-MEL-28 cell lines. All experiments were conducted in duplicate. IgG was used as a background control.
