Summary |
We performed expression profiling by RNA-Seq on 3T3 mouse pre-adipocyte cells. Cells were divided into six groups of five replicates each and were treated with either control (DMSO), Indoxyl Sulphate, or Oxidative LDL, either with or without pNaKtide (NaK).

Overall design |
RNA was extracted from cells in each group, and sequenced in a 2x50 base-pair design on an Illumina 1500 sequencer.
