Overall design |
Freshly isolated CD8+T cells from healthy individuals were co-cultured for 24 hours with the following groups of extracellular vesicles: 1) healthy individuals with BMI (≥ 18.5 kg/m2 - ≤ 23.0 kg/m2) 2)healthy individuals with BMI >25 kg/m2. 3) Colorectal cancer patients with BMI (≥ 18.5 kg/m2 - ≤ 23.0 kg/m2) 4) Colorectal cancer patients with BMI >25 kg/m2 and 5) PBS
