Summary |
We analysed gene expression levels in a panel of pharmacologically patient derived glioblastoma cell lines. The purpose of the experiment was to provide gene expression data for predictive modeling of drug responses. Overall design |
Total RNA extracted from GC lines using the RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) was labeled and hybridized on Affymetrix Human Transcriptome 2.0 arrays. Expression levels were RMA-normalized employing the Affymetrix Expression Console software.
