Summary |
To investigate the effect of Tet2 deficiency on the gene expression in mouse kidney tissues under baseline and ischemia reperfusion injuried conditions, we collected the healthy control and IR-insulted kidney tissues from WT and Tet2-/- male mice and performed RNA-seq analysis.
