Summary Plant leaf discs were treated with plant immunity elicitors (chitin or flg22) or water for 30 or 180 minutes
 
Overall design Leaf discs from 17-day-old B. rapa plants grown on soil in short day conditions were treated with water or water solution of chitin (100µg/mL) or flg22 (100nM) for 30 or 180 minutes. mRNA expression profiles were generated in three biological replicates. Sequencing was performed with Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing platform.
