Title Gene expression for circFAM120A knockdown by RfxCas13d/BSJ-gRNA or shRNA in human 293FT cells

Summary Deep sequencing datasets are used for gene expression analysis. Knockdown of circFAM120A by BSJ-gRNA or shRNA revealed that the BSJ-gRNA-mediated knockdown showed a much higher correlation with gene expression compared to shRNA.
 
Overall design Poly(A)+ RNA-seq of 293FT circFAM120A knockdown cells by BSJ-gRNA or shRNA are used for gene expression analysis.
