Title Single cell analysis of immune cell populations in mammary glands from 10-week-old mice
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Single cell RNA- sequencing analysis was performed on CD45+ cells isolated from mammary glands of 10-week-old mice. The purpose of this study was to identify and characterize macrophages in the normal mammary gland.

Overall design Mammary glands were harvested from mice in diestrous and CD45+ immune cells were enriched using microbeads and subjected to single cell analysis.
