Summary |
Single cell RNA- sequencing analysis was performed on CD45+ cells isolated from mammary glands of 10-week-old mice. The purpose of this study was to identify and characterize macrophages in the normal mammary gland.

Mammary glands were harvested from mice in diestrous and CD45+ immune cells were enriched using microbeads and subjected to single cell analysis.
