Overall design |
C. crescentus wild-type and 3xFLAG::hfq strains were cultivated in PYE medium to OD660 of 1.0. Cells were subjected to RNA co-immunoprecipitation and RNA was isolated. The experiment was performed with two independent biological replicates.
