Title |
Gene expression in human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) upon the differentiation to neural lineages by timed delivery of retinoic acid |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report gene-expression profiling of hESCs differentiating to neuronal lineages upon the treatment with Retinoic Acid and Smoothened Agonisnt. We study weather RA patterning activity relies on duration of RA exposure and can be used to direct differentiation of hESCs into distinct neuronal cell types.

Overall design |
Different time points of hESCs differentiation (day 0, 2, 9, 12, 14, 21): 20 samples resenting 8 conditions in 2 biological replicates.
