Title Stepwise cell fate decision pathways during osteoclastogenesis at single-cell resolution
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To unveil cell fate decision pathways during osteoclast differentiation at single-cell resolution, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on the osteoclast culture system, in parallel with bulk RNA-seq and proteome analyses

Overall design scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq and proteome analyses were performed on in vitro osteoclastogenesis at Day 0 (before RANKL stimulation), Day 1 (1 day after RANKL stimulation) and Day 3 (3 days after RANKL stimulation).
