Title |
Single-cell RNA-sequencing of CD45+ cells isolated from mouse dura mater or brain after photothrombotic injury |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To further elucidate molecular differences in immune cells and identify potential sources of Vegfa in response to photothrombotic injury, we performed single-cell RNA-sequencing of CD45+ cells isolated from the mouse dura mater or brain after photothrombotic injury.

|
Overall design |
3 days after photothrombotic injury on 8-week-old mice, CD45+ cells of the dura mater or brain were isolated by FACS and subjected to single-cell RNA-sequencing using the 10X Chromium system.
