Title |
Transcriptome profiling of murine liver from EndoV knock-out and wildtype mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We performed high-throughput RNA sequencing to characterize possible differences in the transcriptome of murine liver from both 12 months old EndoV and wildtype mice mice fed a regular diet.

|
|
Overall design |
Sex- and age-matched EndoV and wildtype mice were fed standard rodent chow ad libitum for 12 months. Once terminated, the livers extracted and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen until RNA extraction.
