Title Pogz deficiency leads to abnormal behavior, transcription dysregulation and impaired cerebellar physiology
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary As part of characterizing the novel pogz deficiency mouse model, we performed RNA-Seq from cerebellum and hippocampus of adult mice to discover Pogz targets and changes in gene expression that might explain the phenotypes we see in those mice

Overall design Cerebellar and hippocampal mRNA profiles of control (WT), pogz+/- and pogz-/- mice, both males and females, in triplicates, using Illumina NextSeq 500
