Overall design |
Isolated pancreatic islets from db/db-GFP and db/db-Adipsin mice were used. Unbiased transcriptomic profiling was performed at 1 month post-transduction, when serum glucose levels were similar between both groups. RNA samples from pancreatic islets isolated from 4 db/db mice treated with AAV-GFP and 3 db/db mice treated with AAV-Adipsin were included in the analysis. Each mouse was a separate biological replicate.
