Title Transcriptional profile of migrating GABAergic progentitors in the E14 mouse brain following maternal exposure to cypermethrin and restraint stress
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The goal of this experiment was to assess transcriptional changes in isolated GABAergic progenitors to determine the mechanism by which prenatal exposure to cypermethrin and maternal stress alter their migration

Overall design RNA was sequenced from GABAergic progentitors isolated via laser capture microdissection from PFA-fixed E14 mouse brain tissue following maternal exposure to cypermethrin (E11-E14) and restraint stress (E12-E14)
