Title RNA-seq of CRC tissues
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary CRC tissues plus matched normal tissues (Primary colon cancer, liver metastasis colon cancer and matched normal colon tissues from same patient) were subjected to RNA isolation and RNA-seq analyses were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina Hiseq.

Overall design RNA-seq analyses of CRC tissues plus matched normal tissues by deep sequencing using Illumina Hiseq. Primary colon cancer, liver metastasis colon cancer and matched normal colon tissues from same patient (3 patients, CRC1, CRC2 and CRC3) were subjected to RNA isolation and RNA-seq analyses. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using ribosomal RNA depleted RNA-seq protocols. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to hg38 whole genome using Hisat2. Gene annotated in GencodeV25 were quantified using featureCounts.
