Title SMARCA4 reads PRMT1-mediated H4R3me2a to promote colorectal cancer progression I
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary To further investigate the functional associations between PRMT1 and SMARCA4 and explore the biological significance of these interactions, we conducted expression profiling on the Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 (8*60K,Design ID:072363) using knockdown of PRMT1 or SMARCA4’s RNA in HCT116 cells.

Overall design Total RNA was extracted from HCT116-PRMT1-NC, HCT116-PRMT1-KD1, HCT116-PRMT1-KD2, HCT116-SMARCA4-KD1 and HCT116-SMARCA4-KD2 cell lines. Total RNA was quantified by the NanoDrop ND-2000 (Thermo Scientific)and the RNA integrity was assessed using Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent Technologies).
