Title |
Rational and scalable strategies to identify small “molecular glue” degraders |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
In our effort to characterize putatite novel molecular glues that we found in a phenotypic screen, we wanted to gain a more detailed understanding of the effects of these small-molecules at the trascriptome level.
