Title ChIP-seq analysis of Ssrp1 and Usp7 in mESCs
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary FACT was discovered to be a repressor of transcription in mES cells. In addition, the murine endogenous retrovirus were repressed by various mechanisms. Hence, we examined the possibility for Ssrp1 as a repressor of MT2/MERVL.

Overall design We performed CHIP-seq analysis in order to identifiy the binding sites of Ssrp1 in wild-type mESCs and perform enrichment analysis of Usp7 after Ssrp1 knockout.
