Title Differential contribution of p300 and CBP to regulatory elements in mESCs [ChIP-seq]
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary In this study we analyze the individual contribution of p300 and CBP to the H3K27ac landscape, chromatin accessibility, and transcription in mESC.

Overall design Native ChIP analysis of H3K27ac and crosslink ChIP analysis of p53 in mouse embryonic stem cell lines (Ctl, p300 and CBP knock down). All inputs sequenced.
