Title Incidence of phosphate variations on nutrient transports in a symbiocosm formed by poplar, sorghum and Rhizophagus irregularis.
Organisms Populus trichocarpa; Sorghum bicolor; Rhizophagus irregularis
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We analyzed the impact of different phosphate levels on the regulation of plant and fungal transcriptomes.

Overall design Symbiocosms containing a poplar plant and a sorghum plant connected by a common mycelial network were used to assess the impact of phosphate content on their gene expression.
