Status Public on Nov 01, 2020
Title NAIL: an evolutionarily conserved lncRNA essential for coordinating p38 activation and NFκB mediated chromatin remodelling in inflammation_2
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We report the differential gene expression analysis of DSS treated colon tissues obtained from WT and NAIL-ΔNFκB mouse.

Overall design Mice were fed with 3% DSS for 4 days and another 4 days with normal water. Total RNA was isolated from the colon tissues (distal) of mice treated with or without DSS.
