Title |
NAIL: an evolutionarily conserved lncRNA essential for coordinating p38 activation and NFκB mediated chromatin remodelling in inflammation_2 |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the differential gene expression analysis of DSS treated colon tissues obtained from WT and NAIL-ΔNFκB mouse.
|
|
|
Overall design |
Mice were fed with 3% DSS for 4 days and another 4 days with normal water. Total RNA was isolated from the colon tissues (distal) of mice treated with or without DSS.
