Title ATAC-seq profiling assessing the impact of IFNg and Pictilisib on human SqCC/Y1 cells
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To examine differences in chromatin accessibility SqCC/Y1 cells were treated with Pictilisib to inhibit PI3K signaling in combination with DMSO or IFNg for 48 hours and ATAC-seq performed.

Overall design Triplicate samples of SqCC/Y1 cells were treated with combinations of DMSO, Pictilisib, and IFNg.
