Title |
Genome-wide analysis of methylated DNA in control and Tet2/Tet3-deficient B cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Methylation profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We report the global DNA methylation status in B cells. We found that DNA demethylation occurred around gene promoters and Tet-dependent demethylation sites at the genome-wide manner. This study provides a basis for the comprehensive understanding of role of Tet2 and Tet3 in DNA demethylation-dependent regulation of transcription in B cells.
