Title |
Systematic identification of cancer cell vulnerabilities to natural killer cell-mediated immune surveillance |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNA-seq analysis of the transcriptome of K562 cells in which PTPN2 or DCAF15 had been disrupted by CRISPR/cas9 gene editing.
|
|
|
Overall design |
K562 cells expressing cas9 were infected with lentiviruses expressing sgRNAs against a control gene, PTPN2 or DCAF15. Two weeks after sgRNA infection cells were plated at 0.33M cells/ml and either left alone or treated with 10ng/ml IFNg for 24hrs
