Title Tumor specific methylome in Chinese high-grade serous ovarian cancer characterized by gene expression profile

Summary Altered methylation patterns in HGSOC were further characterized by gene expression profiles. By integrating DNA methylation and mRNA expression data, we identified genes with negative and positive correlation, aiming to identify molecular drivers and pathways that are HGSOC-related.
 
Overall design Differential expression was analyzed in group (tumors vs normals) using the R package PoissonSeq with default parameters and defined by a significance criterion of 0.01 and 1.5 fold changes
