Summary We used RNAseq based transcriptome analysis to compare gene expression changes in the olfactory mucosa resulting from CRISPR-based deletion of a putative enhancer in the class I odorant receptor gene cluster.
 
Overall design 6 control and 6 enhancer deletion animals. Age matched. Deletion eB = 1,155 bp (chr7:102,847,692-102,848,846)
