| Overall design |
Ischemia induced circular RNA expression in AIS was measured, and their expression in healthy controls were set as comparison. Three independent samples from AIS group and three independent samples from control group were employed in Arraystar Mouse circRNA Array (8x15K, Arraystar) analysis.
