Title Next Generation Sequencing timecourse of murine hepatocytes with or without paracetamol treatment

Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Untreated mice or mice treated with paracetamol, in the presence or absence of TSA, were culled after 14 hrs or 24 hrs of treatment, and RNAseq was performed.
Method: RNA was extracted, in triplicate, then sequenced with an Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencer. Sequence reads passing the quality control filters were aligned using Tophat2 and then analysed with Cufflinks.
 
Overall design Quadruplicate polyA mRNA profiles from mouse hepatocytes were generated following various drug treatment protocols, using an Illumina NextSeq 500 sequencer.
