Summary Whole tissue RNA-seq analysis of mammary tumors from old (>12 months) and young (8-10 weeks) of mice after treatment with isotype, anti-CTLA4 or anti-PDL1 treatments.
 
Overall design To test in murine mammary tumors from young and old mice for the effects on gene expression of isotype (negative control), anti-CTLA4 and anti-PDL1 treatments. At least two seven replicates from each treatment were used in both pairwise and difference of differences fashions.
