Overall design |
We are submitting a) MNase ChIPseq profiles of H4K16ac from hand staged Drosophila embryos at various developmental stages derived from WT and MSL complex RNAi conditions, b) Pol II ChIP-seq of nc14/ st5 embryos upon control and maternal mof depletion, c) ATAC-seq of nc9-13/ st3-4 and nc14 / st5 embryo upon control and maternal depletion of mof or msl-3, and d) In situ Hi-C of st5 and st15 embryos upon control or mof maternal depletion.
