Overall design |
We applied high-throughput transciptomics method and tested the gene expression profile of microdissected glomeruli from FSGS patients. RNA was processed using the Affymetrix® microarray platform (Human Transcriptome Array 2.0, HTA 2.0). Array data was processed by Affymetrix Expression Console software. No techinical replicates were performed.
