Summary |
To explore the mechanism of inflammation caused by glucomannan with increasing degree of acetyl substitution (acGM) in bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM), BMDM was treated with acGM-0.2 and acGM-1.8 for 24h.

Overall design |
After co-incubation of acGM-0.2 and acGM-1.8 with the same dose in BMDM for 24h, cells were collected, the whole genome microarray expression was compared with untread BMDM to explain the possible mechanism of the induced-inflammation.
