Title Differential gene expression stimulated by acGM in bone marrow derived macrophages

Summary To explore the mechanism of inflammation caused by glucomannan with increasing degree of acetyl substitution (acGM) in bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM), BMDM was treated with acGM-0.2 and acGM-1.8 for 24h.
 
Overall design After co-incubation of acGM-0.2 and acGM-1.8 with the same dose in BMDM for 24h, cells were collected, the whole genome microarray expression was compared with untread BMDM to explain the possible mechanism of the induced-inflammation.
