Title |
Identify signature genes associated with nanoparticle carrying IRF5 mRNA treatment in isolated peritoneal macrophages from ID8 cells-induced ovarian tumor mouse |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
To identify signature genes associated with nanoparticles carrying IRF5 mRNA treatment on peritoneal macrophages, we analyzed 770 genes in 19 different pathways and processes across 7 different myeloid cell types.

Overall design |
In the study presented here, we performed genome analysis on isolated F4/80+, CD11b+ peritoneal macrophage from mice that from three treatment groups (1) two i.p. doses of PBS; (2) two i.p. doses of nanoparticles carrying 30 microgram of mIRF5 mRNA.
