Summary We used microRNA microarrays to identify dysregulated microRNAs in macrophages isolated from epididymal adipose tissue.
 
Overall design F4/80+ adipose tissue macrophages (ATMs) were isolated from epididymal fat of mice following diet-induced obesity intervention with CB1 receptor antagonists.
