Title |
Next Generation Sequencing of Wild Type and RXRa-/- peritoneal cavity macrophages |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The goal of this study is to compare the transcriptome profile (RNA-seq) of peritoneal cavity macrophages of RXRa-deficient and WT mice to identify genes which are controlled by the expression of the TF RXRa
|
|
|
Overall design |
PC F480+MHCIINEG CD102+ macrophages of 8 weeks old wild type (WT) and RXRa-/- mice were generated by ULI (ultra-low input) sequencing in duplicates, using Illumina NextSeq-500 system.
